Job Description:
The successful Account Executive will develop new enterprise business for the Company's services while expanding business in existing major accounts. He/she will be responsible for selling the Company's services to major accounts in an assigned territory. The person must have a dynamic personality, unstoppable motivation to sell, and the desire to succeed. Will be responsible for increasing and maintaining corporate relationships, procuring leads from various sources and establishing new sales territories. Maintaining the Company's accounts will require dedication, persistence, follow-up, utilization of provided resources and unbeatable service. Account Executives visit clients as needed, but mainly work weekday hours from the office. Qualified candidate must have knowledge and experience in IT recruitment and sales. The person must be a hard-charging, high-energy individual who is focused on closing deals. Requirements: Knowledge and experience with IT staff augmentation business.
